Just Cook It #3 – Tofu Hamburger 豆腐汉堡

豆腐汉堡 (谢莹 营养师)

材料
豆腐400g
麻油1tbsp
酱青4tbsp
辣椒粉1 tsp
黑胡椒粉1/2 tsp
油2tbsp
灯笼椒 ¼粒切丝
蒜2粒切细
馒头6个

步骤
1. 冷藏豆腐24小时;
2. 冷藏豆腐后,沥干水分,切片;
3. 用麻油、酱青、辣椒粉、黑胡椒粉调味,腌制30分钟;
4. 热锅加油,煎豆腐至外酥内软;
5. 炒香蒜头,加入灯笼椒炒;
6. 用馒头夹豆腐片和灯笼椒,完成。
